A membership perk is the ability to reserve a covered deck space.  To reserve a deck on our site’s Deck Reservation Calendar or download the ‘Members’ iOS app.

Deck Reservation Guidelines:

• Three deck areas are available to reserve separately on a first come, first served basis:
  • Upper Deck [8-16 people (max 30)]
  • West Deck (The Umdeck’) [6-12 people (max 25)]
  • East Deck [4-8 people (max 12)]
• Each member family is allowed to have 3 active deck reservations at the same time.
• Non-member guests are allowed with the purchase of a Guest Pass for each person.
• Signing up for multiple timeslots on the same day is not allowed (We want to make the facility available to as many members as possible).
• Grill instructions (if used):
  • Bring your own grilling tools and clean them at home (cleaning them in the SRC’s bathrooms is a health code violation).
  • Clean your grill(s)
• Reservation are free but a no-show fee of $25 will be charged to your account if you do not cancel your reservation.

Pay it forward! Members are responsible for cleaning up the deck area afterward and leaving it in the same condition as you found it.
