We are looking for donations for our Summer Auction, and we need your help!

SRC is a 501c (3) and charitable donations are allowed as tax deductions by the IRS. Talk with your tax advisor. Please donate items or experiences for the auction to help our pool raise money for facility improvements, maintenance of the pool, tennis/pickleball/sport courts and surrounding grounds.

Consider what you already have, know or do that could be donated.

• Do you have a skill you could offer? Cook a meal or dessert? Plan a party? Build something?
• Do you have a vacation home, condo or boat you could offer?
• Do you have season tickets to a cultural or sporting event?
• Do you know someone famous? Lunch with a celebrity or tour of a facility? One of kind experiences are great!
• Do you have special opportunities through your company?
• Can you purchase something at wholesale to offer as a donation?
• Do you have airline miles you can donate?
• Do you have gift cards that you can donate?

Every little bit helps! Fill in the attached Procurement Form and return it to Emilie Castle (accounting@somersetrec.org) by Tuesday, September 3 (and August 30 for the inline auction).
